- A chef uses color-coded plates when serving up dishes. The number of each type of plate shows how many plates are in the stack.
- Slide plates from the stacks to the surface one at a time. When a stack is numbered 2 or higher, you still have to lay out more plates.
- To avoid mixing up dishes each plate must be placed next to another of the same type and may not touch any other type of plate.
- You can place a check in any empty space by touching it. Use this to mark spaces you can't move plates into.
