Labyrinth City is the main location in Layton-kyōju VS Gyakuten Saiban. It lies in an alternate reality than the worlds from the Professor Layton and Ace Attorney series. It is currently ruled by a man named the Story Teller, who uses his magical book to turn everything he writes into reality. There is also a high amount of witches in the city. It is stated by Professor Layton that magic exists in this city.

The city seems to be separated in two big halves by a river that goes right through it.
