Professor Layton Royale (レイトン教授ロワイヤル - Royal Professor Layton) is a new upcoming Professor Layton series game, coming to the Japanese mobile distribution system Mobage. There are plans to localize the game once the Mobage Worldwide service goes live.

The game will be a cross-over between the Professor Layton and the Kaito Royale series, one of the popular series on Mobage.

The player will have the choice to be either a detective, a criminal, or a normal citizen. The detectives and citizens will work together to find out who the criminals are. The criminals will have to create obstacles to prevent them from being caught.
