Not Standard Issue is a puzzle in Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney.

Puzzle

It's lunchtime and the knights are all eager to eat their share. They have all stabbed their swords into the massive piece of meat at the same time.

One of the swords is not standard knight issue and has an oddly curved blade.

Examine the blades and find the owner of the strange sword!

Try using a Memo Function for this puzzle and draw a line from each of the knights to the points where the swords stick out of the meat.

Take a look at the knight standing on the barrel. If you follow his sword to the other side, you will see that it is straight.

Next, look at the knight standing on the ladder off to the right. He, too, has a straight sword.

Only four knights remaining!

The two knights on the left both have straight swords.

That leaves only two knights left. Really get a good look at how their swords are positioned and you'll solve this in no time.

Incorrect!

That knight's blade is straight.

If you're having trouble, try using the Memo Function to help visualise the position of the swords.

Correct!

The smallest knight appears to be the one wielding the strange sword.
