Shackwell is a stout, fair-skinned man with brown hair, glasses, and a prominent chin. He wears a blue blazer with three yellow buttons over a white shirt, beige pants, and brown shoes. He also wears a black string bowtie.
Personality[]
Shackwell seems to have an obsession with spending, as he has invested virtually all his family's money into auctions hosted at the black market.
